Manal Bernoussi is the founder and Managing Director of Leaders On Purpose LLC in Morocco. She’s an international MC/moderator and the host of Leaders On Purpose Podcast. With a deep understanding of both the international landscape and the local Moroccan context, Leaders On Purpose supports a wide array of clients, including multinational organizations, government entities, and private institutions.

Manal holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon (France) and National University of Singapore as well as an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York and Africa Business School.

She is a mom of twins and an active member of Mentor’elles and We4She associations advocating for women leadership and women empowerment.

In 2022, Manal was selected amongst the top 50 inspiring women in Morocco by the magazine “Challenge”. She recently was recognized amongst the TOP 200 Arab creators and the TOP 100 Moroccan creators on Linkedin by Favikon.
